We are open during term time only - our holidays are basically the same as main school holidays.
- We are open between 8.55 am and 11.55 am Monday to Friday for morning sessions. Children may attend for up to five sessions if places are available. Morning sessions are for children aged 3- 4 years (aged 3 by the 31st August preceding the start of the academic year).
- We are open between 12.25 and 2.55 pm Monday and Wednesday to Friday for afternoon sessions. Children can start with us once they are 2. Children have to attend a minimum of two sessions and may be able to attend more, if places are available.

Our Charges
As a registered charity, all monies received through fees are used for the day-to-day running costs of operating the pre-school. Fund-raising is used for purchasing new equipment and subsidising outings.
Our fees from September 2007 are £12.90 per session for afternoon sessions. However, for children who are eligible to receive nursery education grant funding, there is no charge for an afternoon session.
Our fees from September 2007 are £15.48 per session for morning sessions. However, the majority of the children who attend our morning sessions receive nursery education grant funding. For those children who are eligible, there is just a top-up fee to pay which is £2.58 per morning session.
Fees are payable in full at the beginning of each half term. Unfortunately, we cannot refund fees if a child is absent for any reason i.e. illness or on holiday. In the case of prolonged absence or difficulties, please contact our administrator, Nancy Blaker.
Fees are reviewed before the start of the autumn term, but may also be reviewed during the year if circumstances dictate.
We are eligible to receive Nursery Education Grant funding on behalf of three and four year olds (cut off dates for qualification apply). Further information can be obtained from the Children's Information Service Telephone 08456 011777 or the Early Years & Childcare Service Telephone 01372 833811. Notice of Withdrawal
If a child is to be withdrawn from the pre-school, notice must be given, in writing, to the leaders by the last day of the half term preceding the half term in which the child will leave.
If sufficient notice is not given, then a full half term's fees must be paid in lieu of notice. If a child is withdrawn during a half term, the fees for that half term will remain payable and will not be refunded.
