Fees & Charges

As a Registered Charity, all monies received through fees and fundraising are used for the day to day running costs of operating the Pre-School. Fund-raising is used for purchasing new equipment, subsidising outings and special events such as Living Eggs, Zoolab and Therapy Dogs.

Our fees are currently £8.00 per hour.

Children are eligible to receive Free Early Education Universal Funding from the start of the term following their 3rd birthday.

Some children are eligible for Free Early Education for Two Year Olds (FEET) and more information on this can be found at www.surreycc.gov.uk/feet

Some families are eligible for Working Parents Entitlement (WPE) and more information on this can be found at https://www.surreycc.gov.uk/children/support-and-a...

We offer 15 hours FEET funding for eligible two year olds, 15 hours universal funding for eligible three and four year olds and 30 hours Working Parents Entitlement funding for those parents who are eligible.

You can find out more about 30-hours funding and check your eligibility at

https://www.gov.uk/apply-30-hours-free-tax-free-ch...

The Pre-School does not charge fees for funded hours, but does ask for a voluntary contribution of £2.00 per session.

Fees are reviewed before the start of the autumn term, but may also be reviewed during the year if circumstances dictate. Fees are payable in full at the beginning of each half term. We cannot refund fees if a child is absent for any reason i.e. illness or holiday.

We accept childcare vouchers and Tax Free Childcare payments. For more information on Tax Free Childcare please visit www.gov.uk/get-tax-free-childcare

Payments can also be made by bank transfer or cheque.

Lunch Club Fees

Lunch club runs every day from 11.45am - 12.15pm and is available to children who attend our morning sessions. The cost is currently £4.00 per session. Children should bring a packed lunch in a named cool bag. Places in Lunch Club should be booked and paid for in advance, although occasionally we can offer an ad-hoc session if needed.

Please also see our Admissions and Fees Policy for more details.

A few words from a parent...

Very happy with the education my child has received from the Pre-School. Going from a child who completely hated nursery, to absolutely loving Pre-School. I think my child's key person has been great and helped my child settle in very well.
